What file formats are supported?

How do I scan the QR code to start my print job?
1. Open Google lens app. 2. Point it at the PayNPrint kiosk's QR code. 3. Tap the link that appears to launch the upload portal.
Can I preview my document before printing?
Yes. After uploading your PDF, you'll see a built-in preview on your screen. Scroll through each page to confirm formatting before you select print options.
Which UPI apps are supported for payment?
PayNPrint accepts all UPI-compliant apps, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others. Simply select your favorite and complete the transaction in-app.
How is the printing cost calculated?
1. Per-page rate: ₹2.00 per paper for black-and-white. 2. Duplex printing: ₹3.50 per paper when printing both sides.
Can I choose portrait, landscape, duplex printing?
Absolutely. In the print settings you can toggle: 1. Orientation: Portrait or Landscape 2. Sides: Single- or Double-sided (duplex). 3. Page Range: All pages or a specific range.
Is my document upload secure and private?
Yes. All uploads use HTTPS/TLS encryption, and we auto-delete your document from our servers after printing to protect your privacy.
How do I get a receipt for my payment?
Your UPI app generates a transaction receipt automatically. You can also enter your email on the payment confirmation screen to receive a digital invoice from PayNPrint.
Can I cancel or modify my print job after payment?
1. Before payment: You can cancel or change any setting. 2. After payment: Print jobs are sent to the printer immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
